The Miss Greater San Diego USA® and Miss Greater San Diego Teen USA® Pageants were established in 1981 and have become a favorite tradition in the City and County of San Diego. The pageants welcome interested teen and miss contestants from all over the state of California. Throughout the year the titleholders will spend months making public appearances, being guest Mistress of Ceremonies at other pageants, participating in charity events, modeling in fashion shows and training to compete at the Miss California USA® or Miss California Teen USA® pageants. Many hours will be spent with Pam Wilson and the Pam Wilson Productions professional team focusing on all aspects competition including interview, public speaking, fitness, grooming and walking.

The Miss Greater San Diego USA® programs are preliminaries to the Miss California USA® and Miss California Teen USA® Pageants. Since 1995 the Miss Greater San Diego USA® pageants have been under the direction of Pam Wilson. Contestants ages 13 – 26 are welcome to participate. Areas of competition include swimsuit, evening gown, on stage interview and personal interview. This year contestants will participate in an orientation, a head shot photo session, a swimsuit poster photo shoot and 3 rehearsals prior to the final pageant competition.

The Miss Greater San Diego USA® and Miss Greater San Diego Teen USA® Titleholders continue to have great success at the Miss California USA® and Miss California Teen USA® pageants. We proudly acknowledge 5 State Titleholders, 5 First runners up, 8 Top 5 positions, 16 Top 10 placements and many Top 15 finalists.
